Travel Agents Association of New Zealand (TAANZ)

The Travel Agents Association of New Zealand is a trade organisation which works for it's members and New Zealand travellers to secure the best arrangements and protection possible.
TAANZ works with its members to promote a Code of Ethics and Practice.
TAANZ works to stimulate, encourage and promote the desire to travel.
TAANZ works with the Aviation, Tourism and Travel Training Organisation to train staff in the skills required for the 21st century - customer relations, selling skills, E-Commerce, new technology, the law and the travel industry.
