Evharis Estate

In order to continuously maintain the excellent quality of the wines, Eva-Maria Boehme and Haris Antoniou attend both the harvest and the vinification and bottling of the wines. The two passionate vintners are also responsible for various research and further education programs in collaboration with the University of Athens as well as the Greek Institute of Oenology, they provide internship opportunities, grant foreign scholarships for future oenologists and organize international symposia on Greek wine at their Estate.
