Finikoudas Beach

FINIKOUDAS (Village) METHONI
The great natural wealth and the incobarable advantage of Finikounda is its beaches and its crystal clean waters. The visitors get excited about the marvellous combination of nature, the green hills with the small streams which give the sensation of a ravine with their sparkling clean waters. The beach of this community, organised and nominated for the blue flag, stretches from the south part of the community to the west, where there is a fishing shetter which is also used by boats and yachts. Along the beach there are restaurants, cafes and confectionery shops next to the wave which compose the good quality touristic market of Finikounda.

Papa or Limna

METHONI (Small town) MESSINIA
On the right side of the road from Pylos to Methoni, at the entrance of the town right across the football field, a dirt road starts going to the west, that takes us close to a beautiful and shallow bay with relatively warm waters, called "Papa Limna". It is a spectacular location where one can swim, fish and of course, enjoy a beautiful sunset. The view to the Ionian Sea is amazing. Access from the parking to the bay is a bit rough. But the beauty of the landscape will reward the visitor.
