The huge rock standing in the middle of it as well as the aperture in one of its ends, leading to another beautiful haven, lend at Milopotamos a distinctive beauty. A lifeguard station will be in operation from this year on, providing advisory, preventive as well as suppressive action, rending this beach even safer for the bathers. The beach can be accessed by car through a 7km-turnpike road from Tsagarada, with two roads leaving the village and a spacious Parking.

Fakistra Beach

TSAGARADA (Village) ZAGORA-MOURESI
This is one of the most beautiful beaches of the region but also one of the most inaccessible. It may be reached by sea or by a turnpike road 2km long, followed by another 2km of earthen road and a 10 minute long walk in the end. However the visitor is compensated by the wonderful view he comes across seeing from above an "embrace" of sand surrounded by high rocks rendering it a natural port. Its thick sand and its pebbles predispose the potential visitor of never wanting to leave it behind.
