AMPHIMALION (Ancient city) GEORGIOUPOLI
A town in the N. of Crete, situated on the bay named after it (Amphimales kolpos Ptol. iii. 17. § 7), which corresponds, according to some, to the bay of Armiro, and, according to others, to the bay of Suda.
