SOULI (Community) THESPROTIA
The Community of Soulion was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 5 Communal Districts, the former communities of:
1. Avlotopos,
2. Koukoulii,
3. Samonida,
4. Tsangarion,
5. Frosyni.
Community seat is Samonida, settlement of the homonymous communal district. The first authorities were elected in October 1998. The population was 926 inhabitants, according to the 1991 census.
ACHERODAS (Municipality) SOULI
The Municipality of Acheroda was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 4 Municipal Districts, the former communities of:
1. Gardikion,
2. Glyki,
3. Skandalon,
4. Choika.
Municipality seat is Gardiki, village of the homonymous municipal district. The first authorities were elected in October 1998. The population was 2190 inhabitants, according to the 1991 census.
PARAMYTHIA (Municipality) THESPROTIA
The Municipality of Paramythia was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 23 Municipal Districts, the former municipality of
1. Paramythia
and the former communities of:
1. Agia Kyriaki,
2. Ambelia,
3. Grika,
4. Elataria,
5. Zervochorion,
6. Kallithea,
7. Karvounarion,
8. Kariotion,
9. Krystalopigi,
10. Neochorion,

14. Petoussion,

22. Psaka.
