KOUTSOPODI (Municipality) ARGOLIS
On 30-8-1840 King Othonas united Mysias municipality to Mycenae municipality
and named it Mycenae. The capital of that municipality was Koutsopodi and consisted
also of the villages Fihtia, Monastiraki, Borsa, Malandreni, and Schinochori.
Later on, through a royal ordinance of 31.8.1912 Koutsopodi became a community
again.
AGIOS NIKOLAOS (Village) ALEA
Agios Nikolaos Community was founded by the Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), and consists of the settlements:
1. Platani, where is cited community’s council.
2. Agios Nikolaos
3. Exochi
FROUSSIOUNA (Village) ALEA
Froussiouna Community was founded by the Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), and consists of the homonymous settlement.
ACHLADOKAMBOS (Community) ARGOLIS
The Community of Achladokambos was not affected by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan).
The population was 844 inhabitants, according to the 1991 census.
ALEA (Community) ARGOLIS
The Community of Alea was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 4 Communal Districts, the former communities of:
1. Agios Nikolaos,
2. Alea,
3. Skotini,
4. Froussiouna.
Community seat is Skotini, village of the homonymous communal district. The first authorities were elected in October 1998. The population was 803 inhabitants, according to the 1991 census.
ARGOS (Municipality) ARGOLIS
The Municipality of Argos was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 9 Municipal Districts, the former municipality of

The Municipality of Lyrkia was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 8 Municipal Districts, the former communities of:

6. Neochorion,

8. Fregena.
