Municipality of Feneos

The Municipality of Feneos was founded by Law 2539/1997 (Kapodistria Plan), consists of 9 Municipal Districts, the former communities of:
1. Ancient Feneos,
2. Goura,
3. Kato Tarsos,
4. Mation,
5. Messinon,
6. Mossia,
7. Panorama,
8. Stenon,
9. Feneos.
Municipality seat is Goura, village of the homonymous municipal district. The first authorities were elected in October 1998. The population was 2197 inhabitants, according to the 1991 census.
