Being built at a high altitude with an outlook over Aoos
and Sarantaporos river
and with rich vegetation, Aidonohori looks like a painting. In the past, it had
beautiful and big houses but they were burned during the second world war. In
short distance outside the village it is still preserved the Archangels
Monastery of Goura, built in a roch, where there is also the children camping
area of Holy Metropolis
for Driinoupoli - Pogoniani and Konitsa. It is worth visiting the traditional
water mill near Bourazani
bridge.
