Greek Wine Cellars is a family-owned company founded in Athens in 1895, with a winery in Markopoulo, Attica, and several other regional wineries in Greece. They produce approximately 30 million bottles of wine per year, 50% of which is exported. The company has invested in modern technology and new methods to constantly improve its wines. The main winery in Markopoulo has expanded in size and facilities since its establishment in 1905, and now covers a surface of 28 stremmata. They have four bottling lines, a wine storage capacity of around 160,000 HL, and 1,200 sq.m of office space.
