T' Apostoli Estate

T' Apostoli Estate is a visitable winery-distillery in the region of Ampeloi, 15 kilometers southwest of Seres, in an area with 3000 acres of vine cultivation. The winery combines modern technology with traditional organic farming, and has also received a good practice award from the European Observatory. Our winery from 2004 until today has faithfully followed the rules of organic farming with respect for the environment and the consumer.

In addition to the certification of the vines, we also proceeded with the certification of both the winery and the distillery for the entire stage of the production process up to the final bottling. As far as tsipouro is concerned, we are the first to get approval for the production and bottling of organic tsipouro in Greece.

The red varieties we use are: merlot, cabernet sauvignon, syrah. For the same reasons, we also grow the white French varieties chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. However, wanting to preserve and promote the Greek varieties, we added for our white wines Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat of Samos as well as Malagouzia, known for their intense aromas.
