i was born in Melbourne, Australia and came back from a young age. I graduated from the School of Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and since then I have been practicing the profession of agriculturist, specializing in viticulture. So in this xinomavro triangle (Naousa-Goumenissa-Amynteo) I worked and learned the specific variety. Of course, a contributing factor to this was my continuous training and collaboration with the Department of Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the Agricultural University of Athens, the National Interprofessional Organization of Wine and Vine as well as with the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA). I am one of the small winemakers. However, a deep knowledge of the Greek vineyard and mainly the love and respect for the authentic Greek wine are included in the total of 10,000 bottles.
