Foivos Papastratis

It all started from the estate in Mytikas, in Evia, an area in the fertile Lilandia field. On the estate we grow Assyrtiko, Muscat white and a small part with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. These were planted by my parents by grafting 20 years ago on the old vines, with the instructions of my godfather, the oenologist Panos Zoumboulis. They made wine for themselves and for their friends, but with all the specifications! Stainless steel tanks, oak barrels from France and my godfather, an oenologist who makes some of the greatest Greek - and not only - wines.
