Domaine Migas

At the beginning of the twentieth century, the Miga family began its business with grape growing and tsipouro distillation. In 1997 the Miga estate was planted with the Greek and French varieties Moschato Mavro Tyrnavou, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. In 1999, Dimitris Migas, continuing the family tradition, created in Tyrnavos a model winery that can be visited at the "Paleos Ampelos" location. In 2017 the winery expanded while simultaneously investing in new technological equipment which resulted in the winery's carbon footprint being reduced to the minimum possible.

The estate, surrounded by hundreds of acres of lush green vineyards and panoramic views offers an unparalleled setting that will make every tasting or tour event unique. The Estate can be visited by wine lovers and everyone who wants to get to know the world of vines and wine up close. The tour takes place with a wine guide and includes the vineyard, the production, bottling and aging areas. Its duration ranges from 45'-60'. The area of the estate is available for holding various types of events such as conferences, business dinners, concerts, book presentations, etc.
