Parissis Winery

Giannis Parisis owns and cultivates 35 acres of grapes in the Skiathos villages of Xanemos, Prophet Elias, and Agios Konstantinos. The varieties produced are entirely Greek (Assyrtiko Roditis, Xinomavro Limnio, Malagouzia), as the objective is to showcase Greek vineyards under the auspices of the ecology. Anyone interested in learning more about the Parissis winery is welcome to visit.

The visit includes a tour of the vineyard, during which you will learn about the development and maintenance of our vineyards. Following that, a tour of the winemaking and bottling areas will educate you about winemaking procedures as well as the characteristics of the various grape kinds.
