Lighthouse Polyegos

The lighthouse was built in 1898 on the small island of Polyegos, southeast of Kimolos island, an isolated island mainly used as grazing land. The stone tower is 9 meters high and its focal plane is 138 meters. The lighthouse is located on the Maskoula cape and beneath there is a picturesque bay with a sandy beach. The access is by boat from Kimolos island.
